For starters, we’re always on the lookout for new employees. While we strive to keep our current ones, we know that some jobs take more workers, and we also know that employees at one point or another will want to retire or need to move. We never want to be in a rush to fill a spot. By constantly keeping our eyes open, we set ourselves up for success.
