A Team-focused Construction Business

While it’s important to treat a business as such, we strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels like they are a part of the team. As a result, we have several key goals.

One of our biggest missions is to develop leadership among all employees. We want our employees to see nothing but growth throughout their career here. Not only do we want them to see the company grow, but we also want them to be able to grow into their career within Wright Brothers.

As a result, we aim to promote from within. By holding regular performance reviews, as well as continually providing training and education on various technologies and advancements within the construction industry, our goal is to give as much as we can in order to get back as much as we can from our employees. Remember, there really is no “I” in team!

Communication is also vital in business. If there is no open communication, there’s a lot of miscommunication going on. That can result in a loss of trust, as well as a lack of productivity on the job site, which no one has time for. Therefore, it’s important for us to have an open-door policy where employees from any level are able to freely discuss ideas and concerns in order to better the business.

Finally, as much as communication is needed, so is compromise. We don’t view everything necessarily as right vs. wrong. There has to be middle ground. When it comes to our business, we strive to find a solution that promotes productivity, efficiency and happiness on every job we work on.
