It All Starts With Relationships | Wright Brothers Contracting
The team at Wright Brothers Contracting wants to not only establish strong relationships with our employees, but we also want to build concrete relationships with our clients.
As a result, we try to treat both our employees and clients as if they were an extension of our family. Plus, doesn’t business start with relationships anyway?
Building a Bond
The following are ways we try to help build a strong relationship with our clients.
First and foremost, it has to be said that communication is key to building any successful relationship. Whether in your personal life or in your career, communication is vital to a healthy relationship. When it comes to our clients, we always keep them in the know about projects so that they know all the ins and outs of what’s going on at that particular job site. Is a job on schedule? Are there problems interrupting work? Is a different plan of action needed? We keep our clients in the know so that they can make a better judgment call when asked questions about moving forward.
Second, we also try to communicate according to each client’s preferences. While a quick text message or email might work for some, other project managers might prefer to communicate over the phone or in person. Some clients may want regular, daily communication, while others may want less frequent communication that wraps up all loose ends at once. We try to keep communication on the level that the client wishes to help establish trust in our team.
Finally, we want to make sure that our customers and clients realize that our door is open at all times. Whenever they have any questions or concerns, we are here with the answers. We want to be the go-to resource on any project that needs to get completed. We are here to work for you!
