Or if you’ve been fighting the burnout for long, you may finally feel stress catching up with you. Here are some signs to let you know that you are headed toward a crash and burn.

The following are signs that stress may have gotten the best of you.
Do you have a hard time getting up in the morning? While you are bound to wake up on the wrong side of the bed sometimes, if you begin to hate or have a hard time waking up in the morning, you may be officially exhausted from your stress.
Also, if you receive the recommended seven to nine hours of sleep you need each night and you’re still tired, this is a sign that stress is officially taking a toll on your energy levels and your health. Quality sleep should allow you to wake up refreshed and rejuvenated. If this isn’t happening, check with your doctor to see if there’s an underlying issue.
In addition, if you constantly reach for carbs and salty foods, it’s time to really sit down and look at your stress level and everything on your plate. By eating foods high in fat, you aren’t fueling your body with the energy it needs to handle stressful situations better, as well as have the motivation to get up and get moving.
